Traverse City Event Photographer | 2 Lads Winery Anniversary Party
I was thrilled when Melissa Conradie asked me to document a very special 10 year anniversary dinner for 2 Lads Winery. I live just at the base of Old Mission Peninsula, so it was just a short drive up my favorite highway M37. It was a cool October day. I spent the morning touring the wineries and captured the fall colors along Old Mission Peninsula. In the afternooon I made my way to 2 Lads Winery. It was here that Melissa Conradie and her team of vendors put together the most incredible table display I have ever seen.
The event planning and design was by the very talented team at Conradie Event and Design. The floral design and table top decor was created by Amy Kate Designs. Smoke and Porter cooked the most delicious cuisine I have ever eaten. Seriously. Thank you to Aunt B’s Cakes & Desserts in Lake Ann for your scrumptious cake. The yummy cheese pairing and cheese wheel cheesecake were created by the Cheese Lady of Traverse City. The menus were created by Holly Thomas Design. Vintage rentals by Serradella Weddings. Gigi and LaClede provided the glassware, plates and flatware. Event rentals are from Macdonald Events & Taylor Rentals of Petoskey. Candles by Vance Kitira International. Table linens by Special Occasions West and Napkins from BBJ Linen. The lovely music was from a funk & soul group called the Main Stays. My favorite Oil and Vinegar was from Fustini’s of Traverse City. The delicious ciabatta bread rolls were from Pleasanton Brick Oven Bakery.
A lot of people came together to make this dinner possible. Really, I had no idea the amount of care and detail that Melissa Conradie and her team would put into this harvest gathering to make it truly magnificent.
