Danielle and Joey's Wedding at the Peninsula Room
Hello, dear readers! Today, I’m thrilled to share with you a wedding that’s simply too good to keep to myself. I don’t often have time in my busy season to feature weddings on my blog, but when I do, you can bet it’s something extraordinary. And Danielle and Joey’s wedding at the Peninsula Room on Old Mission Peninsula is nothing short of that!
First things first, let’s give a shoutout to the real wizards behind the curtain – the team at Conradie Event Design. Their expert planning and coordination skills are what dreams are made of. Team Hair and Beauty worked their enchantment, ensuring every member of the bridal party looked absolutely stunning from head to toe. Now, onto the sweet stuff – Aunt B’s Cakes & Desserts. When I say their cake was exquisite, I mean it was a work of art. Almost too beautiful to eat. Almost. The wedding was adorned with breathtaking floral arrangements by Field of Flowers, adding an extra touch of natural beauty to the already picturesque setting. 2 Bay DJ’s kept the dance floor alive and the celebration going until the wee hours.
The couple chose the gorgeous Delamar as their prep spot. My second photographer, Tiffany Eichler, had a blast with Joey. We’re talking about some seriously fun photos on the dock. Stay tuned; those gems are coming soon! As for me, I had an absolute blast hanging out with the girls. Danielle, our bride, is not just a beauty but also a comedian. Her sense of humor kept the energy sky-high all day long.
We bid farewell to the hotel room and made our way to the Peninsula Room on Old Mission Peninsula. This venue is the epitome of charm. The lawn is lined with majestic oaks and pines that overlook the bay – the very spot where Danielle and Joey exchanged their heartfelt vows. The icing on the cake is the easy access to the beach, just across from Peninsula Drive. It’s a photographer’s dream, trust me. We had an absolute blast with the bridal party at sunset on the dock. The whole crew erupted in cheers as Joey dipped Danielle, and let me tell you, he was a pro at it.
Danielle and Joey’s wedding was a whirlwind of laughter, love, and some seriously smooth moves on the dance floor. It was a day filled with smiles, joy, and memories to last a lifetime. I’m honored to have been a part of it and even more thrilled to share it with all of you.
