Old Mission Engagement Photographer - Old Mission Peninsula
Springtime Old Mission Engagement Session
The cherry trees on Old Mission Peninsula were in full bloom for Chloe and Caleb’s shoot. That said, it wasn’t too hard to find the perfect location for their Old Mission Engagement. And these two were so fun to photograph and they were all smiles as we drove along M37. In the spring, Old Mission Peninsula is my favorite location for Traverse City Engagement Poto. I love driving from my home at the base of the peninsula all the way down to Old Mission Lighthouse. The lakeview and rolling hills remind me of driving through the vineyards of Northern California.

Cherry Orchard’s in Bloom on Old Mission Peninsula
For Chloe and Caleb’s shoots, we explored a cherry orchard in the middle of Old Mission Peninsula. The cherry trees were in full bloom and the view from the highest point on the peninsula was breathtaking. Then I captured some shots of Caleb’s green Dodge Challenger along M37. From this point along M37 you can see water on 3 out of 4 sides. Clouds started pushing in and I could tell it was going to be another great Northern Michigan sunset. And so we drove all the way to the tip of Old Mission Peninsula and ended the shoot at Old Mission Lighthouse. Chloe and Caleb walked along the beach and opened a bottle of sparkling wine. Then we chatted for a bit as the sun set on Grand Traverse Bay.
Thanks Chloe and Caleb for including me on your Traverse City adventure. I loved exploring some new spots along Old Mission with you guys. Follow my adventures on instagram here.
